SUBSTANCE: described is a pharmaceutical form for treating or preventing cardiovascular diseases. Pharmaceutical form contains bisoprolol and/or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and perindopril and/or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt in combination with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. In the pharmaceutical form according to the invention, bisoprolol and perindopril are physically separated. Doses of bisoprolol are 1.05 and 8.50 mg in terms of bisoprolol base or between 1.25 and 10 mg in terms of bisoprolol fumarate. Doses of perindopril are 1.65 and 6.80 mg in terms of perindopril base or between 2.5 and 10 mg in terms of perindopril arginine. Pharmaceutical form according to the invention is a two-layer tablet or three-layer tablet or gel capsule containing granules and/or bisoprolol tablets and granules and/or perindopril tablets.
EFFECT: pharmaceutical form in the form of a two-layer tablet is stable for 6 months.
