FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardiology, can be used in clinical practice to select antihypertensive therapy in patients with arterial hypertension and ischemic heart disease. Bioimpedance analysis is carried out and the index of peripheral vascular resistance (RVR) and cardiac output (CO) is determined using digital wave analysis, and the individual SV rate is calculated. Comparison of CO and RVR indices with the norm and, based on the results, choose antihypertensive therapy using a fixed combination of antihypertensive drugs.
EFFECT: method allows simplifying, accelerate and improve the accuracy of the selection of antihypertensive therapy by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
