FIELD: cryogenics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic equipment and can be used for production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) at extraction of gas by several consumers at gas-distributing stations. Claimed natural gas reduction unit with LNG generation includes gas drying and cleaning units, heat exchanger, separator, reducing device, as well as expander and compressor, connected to each other, wherein on production gas line on first compressor, first cooler, first section of heat exchanger, cleaning unit, second section of heat exchanger, reducing device and separator, equipped with output line LNG and return gas line, which is connected to process gas line after expander, forming low pressure gas line, on which heat exchanger is located, wherein on the process gas line upstream of the expander there is an auxiliary cooler located also on at least one auxiliary gas line with a reducing device connected to the high pressure gas line after the drying unit, in addition, on the process gas line a bypass line is made, on which the refrigerating machine is installed, and the low pressure gas line is connected to the process gas line with a circulating gas line, on which the second compressor and the second cooler are installed.
EFFECT: increased output of LNG due to reduction of temperature of reduced production gas by optimization of heat exchange, possibility of gas withdrawal by several consumers at different pressures due to installation of auxiliary gas bleeding lines with reducing devices and provision of constant output of LNG due to equipping of unit with refrigerating machine and circulating compressor.
