FIELD: LNG production installations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an installation for LNG production, including gas dehydration and purification units, preliminary and main heat exchangers, a separator and a compressor, connected by means of electrical and/or kinematic communication. The installation is characterized by the fact that a compressor, a cooler, a first section of a pre-heat exchanger, a purification unit, a second section of a pre-heat exchanger, a main heat exchanger, a first expander and a separator equipped with an LNG output line and a return gas line with the main heat exchanger are sequentially located in the product gas line, which is connected to the process gas line after the second expander, forming a low-pressure gas line in which a pre-heat exchanger is located, while an auxiliary cooler is installed in the process gas line in front of the second expander, also located in at least one auxiliary gas line with the expander connected to the high-pressure gas line after the drying unit, in addition, the process gas line has a bypass line in which a refrigeration machine is installed, and the low-pressure gas line is connected to the process gas line by a circulation gas line in which a second compressor and a second cooler are installed.
EFFECT: increase of LNG output, possibility of gas extraction by several consumers at different pressures, and ensuring constant LNG output.
