FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: installation for gas reduction and production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) is proposed, including gas drying and purification units, preliminary and main heat exchangers, a separator, first and second expanders and a compressor connected to each other, where a compressor of a refrigeration machine is installed as a compressor, a line of dried high pressure natural gas is divided into at least one auxiliary gas line, main and auxiliary process gas lines and a product gas line, on which the first section of the preliminary heat exchanger, the purification unit, the second section of the preliminary heat exchanger, the main heat exchanger, the first expander and the separator are located, equipped with an LNG outlet and a return gas line with a main heat exchanger, the main process gas line contains the first evaporator of the refrigeration machine, a connection to an auxiliary process gas line equipped with an auxiliary cooler, a second expander and a connection to a return gas line, and a pre-heat exchanger is located in the low pressure gas line formed by these lines, while the auxiliary cooler is also located in at least one auxiliary gas line equipped with an auxiliary expander and a second evaporator of the refrigeration machine.

EFFECT: an increase in the LNG output due to a decrease in the temperature of the production gas by installing an evaporator of a compression refrigeration machine in the process gas line and the possibility of gas offtake by several consumers at different pressures due to the installation of auxiliary gas offtake lines.
