SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power electronics and can be used, for example, in power sources for multi-level independent voltage inverters, electrotechnical installations of microarc oxidation of valve metals and alloys, spark erosion machining of superhard metals, electric cars, devices powered by solar panels, etc. Pulse constant voltage regulator consists of input power source, input reactor connected by first output to positive terminal of input power supply, and the second output to the first terminal of the series circuit containing the buffer capacitor, the output reactor and the second terminal connected to the negative terminal of the input power supply, the power transistor connected by the collector to the first output of the series circuit, emitter to negative terminal of input power supply, and gate to driver control, load circuit, containing load, storage capacitor and connected through power diode parallel to output reactor, wherein the device further includes a second series circuit with a second buffer capacitor, a second reactor and a second load circuit, a third capacitor and a third load, wherein first lead of second reactor is connected directly to common terminal of connection of second outlet of inlet reactor, first output of first buffer capacitor and collector of power transistor, and second output is connected to negative terminal of input power supply through second buffer capacitor, third capacitor is connected by one terminal to negative terminal of storage capacitor of the second load circuit, another terminal to positive terminal of storage capacitor of the first load circuit, and the third load is connected between the negative terminal of the input power supply and the positive terminal of the storage capacitor of the second load circuit.
EFFECT: increased transfer coefficient.
