SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power electronics. DC voltage regulator comprises input constant voltage power supply, power transistor (for example, combined transistor), zero diode, which anode is connected directly to common negative terminal of input power supply, input switch, second power contact of input switch is connected to first output of limiting resistor, first power output of which is connected to positive terminal of input power supply and first power contact of automatic circuit breaker and second output of which is connected to common terminal of connection of second output of automatic circuit breaker with cathode of zero diode and output of first reactor, in series with which a chain is connected, consisting of a first power diode, a first load circuit consisting of a first storage capacitor and a first load, wherein control of controller is carried out by control unit, control outputs of which are connected to control inputs of input switch, respectively, automatic circuit breaker and power transistor (gate), in series with which between the emitter and common negative terminal of the input power supply a second reactor is connected, second load circuit consisting of second storage capacitor and second load is connected through second power diode. DC voltage regulator operates as follows. Control system containing an individual power supply is made on the basis of digital signal processor and provides, by signals from sensors, pulse-width control of power transistor by changing its open state top – var. at constant period T-const of control pulses, as well as control of input and automatic circuit breakers. In the initial state the switches are disconnected. When regulator is started, input voltage Uin switch with signal from control system and charging of capacitor of first load circuit through limiting resistor, first reactor, first power diode, charge current is controlled and after time tj, determined by this circuit transient process, control system sends a signal to switch on automatic circuit breaker, which shunts power contacts of series circuit consisting of switch and limiting resistor, with subsequent correction of top and obtaining required values of +U1 and -U2 at selected values of parameters: first and second reactors and Uin, besides, according to the invention at working and emergency outages it is possible to initially block control pulses of power transistor and simultaneously it is possible to send a signal for disconnection of the automatic circuit breaker with further disconnection of the input power supply source by means of the input switch.
EFFECT: invention can be used in various power sources, for example, electrotechnical installations of micro-arc oxidation of valve metals and alloys, electroerosion treatment of super-hard metals, electric cars, devices powered by solar batteries, etc.
