SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, particularly to gels for treating diabetic distal polyneuropathy. Disclosed is a gel for treating diabetic polyneuropathy of lower extremities, obtained by mixing the ingredients in the following ratio: 50% aqueous solution of dimethyl sulphoxide – 100 g, hyaluronic acid – 5 g, hydrolysed collagen – 15 g, capsaicin – 0.1 g to 1 g, atorvastatin – 1 g, sildenafil – 1 g.
EFFECT: application of the gel provides relief of pain syndrome, normalization of vibration sensitivity and electroneuromyography.
