FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic tire comprises a tread including inclined main grooves extending beyond the equator of the tire from one of the first edge of the protector and the second edge of the tread and ending, not reaching another of the first edge of the protector and the second edge of the tread. Each of inclined main grooves includes external part and internal part. External part passes from the first edge of the tread or the second tread edge, not reaching the equator of the tire, with increasing angle relative to the tire axial direction. Internal part is connected to the outer part and crosses the tire equator at a smaller angle relative to the tire axial direction than the outer part angle.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of operational characteristics of tire on dry, wet and snow-covered road.
