FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to engine building, and can be used as drives of compressors, pumps, in construction and agricultural equipment. Invention consists in the fact that gear internal combustion engine includes housing 1, in cylindrical bores of which there are two drive gears, which are in external engagement with two driven gears, which are fixed with drive and driven shafts. Engine housing 1 comprises covers 2 and consists of front part 3 with inlet branch pipe 4 and rear part 5 with outlet branch pipe 6. In each of parts are arranged on driving gear 9 and 10, which are rigidly fixed on drive shaft 11, and along driven gear 14 and 15 installed on driven shaft 13. Besides, drive gear of body front part has through cutouts 23 for spool 22. Bores of drive and driven gears divide inner volume of housing into intake-compression section 16 and working stroke-outlet 17. Between bores there is channel 20 connecting compression chamber 18 with inlet opening 21 of slide valve 22, which through cutout 23 is connected with outlet opening 24 of slide valve and further through channel 25 – with combustion chamber 19.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of engine due to improved gas-dynamic processes during engine operation and increased number of working strokes per one revolution of drive shaft.
