SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to controlled directional drilling. Travel direction control assembly comprises a casing having a longitudinal axial line; a spindle comprising a front connecting end and a rear connection end, wherein the spindle passes through the housing and is located in a first position coaxially with the longitudinal axial line of the housing; deflecting device configured to transmit lateral force to spindle to displace front connecting end of spindle from longitudinal axial line, wherein the deflecting device comprises a deflecting coaxial sleeve with the second axial line inclined relative to the longitudinal axial line of the housing; and a bit end orientation assembly configured to rotate the spindle front connecting end in the required direction. Spindle is free to rotate relative to casing, deflection device and unit for alignment of bit face.

EFFECT: minimized internal cyclic bending stress, high angular rotation speed, as well as independent control of the direction of drilling with reduced vibration.
