FIELD: directional drilling.

SUBSTANCE: guide block for directional drilling of a well contains a casing having a longitudinal axis and located in the drill string for use in the well, a spindle configured to pass through the casing, a deflection block configured to deflect the spindle relative to the longitudinal axis. The deflection unit includes a deflection clutch configured to deflect the spindle based on the position of the deflection clutch along the longitudinal axis inside the casing, a ring gear configured to move the deflection clutch along the longitudinal axis to said position, and a deflector orientation clutch connected to the deflection clutch and configured with the possibility of placement around the spindle. The whipstock orientation coupling contains an inclined hole containing a supporting carriage located in it. In this case, the carrier carriage is made with the possibility of axial movement in the whipstock orientation coupling and deflection of the spindle relative to the longitudinal axis based on the axial position of the carrier carriage within the inclined hole.
