FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in making artificial heart valves and further monitoring of its operation. Artificial heart valve comprises an annular body, a flap arranged in the body, valve operation control devices equipped with wireless power supply and wireless data transmission devices with antennas. Microelectronic device (MEMS) of the valve operation control and/or the sensors are built in the material of the body and/or the valve of the artificial heart valve. Each flap and/or body has an oscillatory circuit with inductance and capacitance connected to MEMS device of operation control. Temperature sensor, a radiation sensor based on radiating light-emitting diodes/receiving photodiodes, an ultrasonic radiation sensor based on piezoelectric cells and connected to a device for controlling the operation of the valve can be placed in the flap and/or the body. Radiation sensor is configured to monitor pressure, viscosity of blood, degree and time parameters of opening and closing valve flaps, cleaning flap and/or body valve from blood clots.

EFFECT: valve operation control device is provided, which is embedded/built into the flapper or valve body material in the process of manufacture and does not directly contact the blood flow and other media during operation, which generally minimizes the effect of all valve systems and control devices on body operation.
