FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in making artificial heart valves and further monitoring of its operation. Artificial heart valve comprises an annular body, at least one flap arranged in the body, a valve operation control device, equipped with a wireless power supply and wireless data transmission device with an antenna, wherein the microelectronic/microelectromechanical device for monitoring operation and/or transducers/sensors/devices/elements in form of a reed switch or Hall sensor, or other magnetic field sensor, and a control magnet are built into the body and/or leaf of the artificial heart valve without contact with the environment.
EFFECT: technical result consists in elimination of contact of sensor with blood flow and minimization of influence of control devices on operation of valve.
