SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of information technology. System is made in the form of a server hardware complex containing a cloud virtual data processing center (DPC), in which an information system is located – a service access platform (IS SAP), configured to electronically communicate over a secure channel through an API, operating through an asynchronous SOAP service, with at least one user device and at least one organization server equipped with a service for interaction with an interagency electronic interaction system (IEIS), wherein the IS SAP is configured to support in the current XSLT format templates for converting formats of XML documents from formats received from the user device in the request to the actual format of the XML documents specified in the IEIS documentation and documentation for electronic services/types of IEIS information.
EFFECT: creation of an automated system for electronic document management.
