FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to devices for electric pulse treatment of fodders on cattle-breeding farms. Device includes housing 1, loading 2 and discharge 3 necks, motor 4, nozzles 5 for wetting with chemical solution, plate electrodes 6. In addition, the device comprises hydraulic press 7 rigidly fixed with dismountable joint 8 on the conveyor body. Noncorrosive steel electrode 11 is secured to container platform 9 via glass-textolite gasket 10. Electrode has connection by means of copper wire 12 with single-phase current source 13. Drive drum 14 is arranged on the conveyor casing on the side of the loading neck. On the side of the unloading neck on the conveyor body tension drum 15 is installed. Belt conveyor 16 is made of segments, each of which consists of plate electrode 6, located on belt, and metal plate 17 located under belt. Electrode 6 and plate 17 are connected to each other by means of metal rivets 18. Below the belt in the conveyor body there is brush assembly 19 of current supply vertically aligned with the electrode of the hydraulic press. It consists of metal rim 20 with shaft 21, on each side of which helical spring 22 is rigidly fixed. Copper-graphite brush 23 is attached to metal rim with helical spring 24, which is connected by means of copper wire 12 to single-phase current source. Brush assembly shaft is made of getinax. Segments are arranged 10 mm apart.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance fodders treatment quality.
