FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical means for laboratory-field research of agricultural machines and implements mounted on mobile power equipment, mainly tractors. Mechanism for measuring horizontal component of traction force from agricultural machine includes tractor, hydraulic suspension system with tie-rods and adapter plate. Horizontal beam with two cantilevers is attached to transition plate by means of pivotally movable and hinged fixed supports. Ends of lower tie-rods of tractor hydraulic suspension system are attached to ends of cantilevers. Aforesaid tensoresistors are glued at mid-span of beam in horizontal diametral plane. Console of horizontal beam has identical length.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measuring horizontal component of traction force due to elimination of lateral and vertical components on the side of tie-rods of tractor hydraulic suspension system.
