SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system for collecting energy from a movable mass. System comprises at least one tunnel and is made with possibility of introduction into movable mass. Energy collection device is arranged in at least one tunnel. Energy collection device has at least an open state and a folded state. Device for collection in open state collects at least energy from at least part of movable mass passing through at least one tunnel. Alternate activation of the drive device connected to the energy collection device and the activator connected to the cargo appliance alternately switches the energy collection device to open and closed state. Said alternating transfer of energy collection device reciprocates the energy collection device and cargo appliance. System of cables connects actuators for transfer of reciprocating motion. Pulley system converts reciprocating motion into rotary force to drive rotary devices.

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at providing reliable control of system and ability to withstand exposure to variable environmental conditions.
