SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a safe syringe comprising a cylinder, a socket for a needle and a plunger, a socket for a needle has an L-shaped rod, a deforming engagement portion and a cylinder clamp, and the plunger has a body, hole for hook, which can include L-shaped rod of socket for needle and which is capable of compressing deforming engagement section for the purpose of elastic deformation so that clamp of cylinder of needle socket is not fixed in clamping slot for cylinder seat, wherein the hole for the hook is capable of engaging the L-shaped rod of the needle socket in order to move the socket for the needle.

EFFECT: safe syringe is capable of providing stable positioning and fast retraction of the suture for the needle and effective reduction of the amount of liquid drug residues.
