FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to traction drives of locomotives. Traction drive consists of electric motor and wheel pair. Electric motor is pivoted to bogie frame crossbar. Toothed sector is arranged on motor end surface. Mating rack is fixed on hydraulic cylinder body hinged to bogie crossbars. Hydraulic cylinder is controlled by spool hydraulic distributor. Three-stage slide valve is controlled by pendulum hinged on crossbar. When moving in the curve, the pendulum is deflected by moving the slide valve and opening the fluid supply to the hydraulic cylinder and moving it.
EFFECT: ruled out flanges of wheels at passage of track curves.
