SUBSTANCE: embodiments of this invention relate to a device for rolling on rollers and to an electric balanced means of movement, comprising a leg platform, one or more elements in contact with the ground, a first sensor, one or more driving elements and a first controller. Platform for feet is connected to the first sensor and elements contacting the ground and connected to the moving element, and the first controller is connected to the first sensor and the driving element. Platform for legs is made with possibility of standing on it on one leg and with possibility of inclination forward or back while standing on one leg, said one or more elements contacting with ground, are made with possibility of operation due to activation of moving element, first sensor is configured to read user position on foot platform, said one or more driving elements are configured to generate an output signal for controlling operation of elements in contact with the ground, and to maintain the whole device for rolling on rollers in equilibrium, and the first controller is configured to control generation of said output signal based on the user position.

EFFECT: providing more comfortable sensations when using an electric balancer.
