FIELD: monitoring systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of estimating residual life of a first stage of a gas-turbine plant. Present invention can be used in designing, operating, controlling and monitoring systems for various purposes, including complex technical systems, in which gas turbine units used in power engineering, machine building, municipal services and other industries are integrated. Present invention is based on the task of creating such a method for estimating the residual life of the first stage of a gas turbine plant, which would enable to determine the remaining life of the first stage of the gas turbine plant based on the actual temperature before the first stage of the gas turbine, temperature drop before the first stage of the gas turbine, bending stresses in the working blades of the first degree of the gas turbine and other significant factors.
EFFECT: in comparison with methods known authors, the disclosed method has maximum versatility and flexibility and enables to achieve better results, particularly objectively and automatically determine residual life of the first stage of the gas turbine plant.
