FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. Implementing the method implies the laser irradiation of an area of the maximum clustering of blood vessels. A back scattered radiation is received and instrumentally transformed by the recovery of a direction of a polarisation vector and an intensity. They are used to derive the blood glucose concentration. The back scattered radiation intensity and polarisation are recorded through two channels symmetrical to the laser beam. Receiving channel analysers are pre-adjusted at ±45° in relation to a transmission place of the polariser. That is combined with recording a blood microcirculation dynamics in the examined skin. The measurement is taken from the skin surface immediately. The device comprises an optical coherent emitter, a polariser, two analysers, two photodetectors recording the analyser light intensity, and a microlens. The device comprises a photodetector recording the blood microcirculation, a diaphragm with a microhole, amplifiers and an output processing unit.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the more accurate measurement and creates a structure applicable as an individual mobile sensor carrier.
