FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, namely, to the electric protection unit control device, and can be used in various switches of electric circuits for their protection. Device for controlling electric protection unit comprises transmission link (10) connected to control lever, device for holding a movable contact, comprising plate (15) freely rotating about axis (14) and having a breakable mechanical connection with transfer link (10), and disengagement lever (16) controlled by a release device for breaking the mechanical connection in case of failure, which leads to automatic, independent of the disengagement mechanism control lever and separation of contacts, wherein the breaking mechanical connection is formed by retaining recess (22) of disengagement lever (16), which interacts with grip (19), wherein breaking of the mechanical connection corresponds to the disengagement of the grip, and when gripping in engagement position, transmission link (10) at least partially rests on plate (15). Proposed device comprises rigid insert (30) mounted on plate (15) and intended for insertion between transfer link (10) and area of plate (15), which is area on plate, on which this link rests in said engagement position, and means (34, 37) for holding said insert (30) in position without clearance relative to said plate (15).
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is reduction of disengagement force, as well as prevention of disengagement failure in the circuit breaker.
