SUBSTANCE: latching device for a drive mechanism (100) for a switching electrical apparatus has locking element (1) configured to move between a first position and a second position. In the first position, locking member (1) is located, locking drive element (101) of drive mechanism (100) in the locked position, and the force (F) of driving element (101) is applied to contact section (11) of locking member (1). In second position locking element (1) is located, releasing drive element (101) from locked position.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of quick opening-closing of switching device.
