FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed latch comprises resetting device 1, tripping device 2 to generate force acting in first triggering direction 12, pressure element 9 and upper and lower support elements 9, 4, respectively, arranged in case 3 in snapped position one above the other. Said support elements 4, 5 are jointed together by at least one coupling element 6 so that they are spaced apart and loaded as-snapped by force (F) for spring drive applied via pressure element (9) along direction of operation. Lower support element 5 loaded as-snapped by force (F) is swung from retainer 11 and held in that position. Guides (7a, 7b) in case 3 direct upper and lower elements 4, 5, respectively. Note here that lower support element 5 moves, mainly, perpendicular to direction of travel of upper support element 4.
EFFECT: higher tripping speed.
