FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to compositions of wear-resistant cast alloys based on copper, which can be used for production of parts operating under conditions of friction and wear in inflammable atmospheres, as well as for manufacture of intrinsically safe metalwork tool. Alloy on base of copper contains, wt%: nickel 6.0–9.0, chrome 1.0–2.0, silicon 1.0–1.5, aluminum 7.5–9.5, carbon 0.15–0.20, copper making the rest.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing friction-impact intrinsic safety and wear resistance of shaped cast billets.
