FIELD: methods and means of camouflaging.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of covering or camouflaging objects from multi- and hyperspectral reconnaissance means and can be used for camouflaging of stationary and mobile objects. At some distance from the masked object frame structures are placed, on which camouflaging foam coating is applied. At that elements of frame structure are installed with controlled (automatic) spray guns (3) and network of pipelines (5), by means of which installed spray guns (3) are connected to foam generator (6), which is placed inside camouflaged zone. After camouflaging foam coating is applied on outer tier inside camouflaged zone, next camouflage tiers are erected in a similar way, between which various imitation means are installed. Type of camouflaging foam coating used for application on camouflage tiers (1), as well as composition and configuration of placed imitation means are determined proceeding from camouflaging priority tasks, conditions of application and specific revealing features of camouflaging object.

EFFECT: reduced effect on quality of camouflage of various uncamouflaging features, possibility of camouflaging objects of large area, high efficiency of camouflage, reduced awareness of the opposing side on real characteristics of objects, high effect of hiding stationary and mobile objects with camouflaging foam coatings from multi- and hyperspectral reconnaissance means.
