FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to structures for foundations under structures erected on a subsidence base. Device for leveling the position of the structure on a subsiding base comprises arranged between bottom and upper support plates resting on the base, upper support plate lifting mechanism with construction into initial position on base subsidence value with lower support plate, electrically connected to power supply connected via switch from meter of said drawdown. Upper support plate lifting mechanism is an electromagnet with a coil vertically fixed on the lower support plate and a core freely inserted into the coil between the lower and upper support plates, made in the form of a permanent rod magnet connected to the lower support plate through the rack ratchet gear, allowing movement of core relative to this plate only vertically upwards. Power supply source used is a constant voltage generator connected to a coil with polarity which, in combination with the selected core polarity, ejects the latter from the coil upwards.

EFFECT: high accuracy of the process of aligning the position of the structure, stability of that position and vibration resistance of the structure during operation.
