FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to devices for correction of buildings, facilities on a subsidence base. Device for stabilizing the position of the structure on a subsidence base includes a tunable power bearing assembly arranged between the base and the support unit on the structure. Bearing unit is made in form of extended threaded element screwed into vertical thread section in support unit, having the possibility of independent adaptive screw displacement relative to the support block towards the base due to conversion of the stored energy of the source to axial force and torque, which are called "dynamic screw", applied to the threaded element, before the screw element movement process is decelerated at contact of its lower end with the base. As source of stored mechanical energy in device is used connected with upper end of threaded element coiled cylindrical spring with twisting, subjected to initial adjustable twisting relative to support block by means of threaded nut. As the braking mechanism of the threaded element, contacting with each other with tension, opposite radial protrusions and recesses are made on the lower end of the threaded element and on the section of the base surface contacting with it.
EFFECT: providing complete automation and adaptation of the device for stabilizing the process of leveling the structure on a subsidence base.
