FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to devices for correction of building position, construction at non-uniform sediments of the base. Device for stabilizing the position of the structure on a subsidence base comprises a support block arranged between the base and the structure and variable in height. Variable support block is made in form of toothed rack ratchet mechanism of translational movement with adaptively variable length of working section in accordance with change in value of base subsidence and is equipped with a source of mechanical energy stored for relative displacement of the rack in the form of a helical cylindrical compression spring initially compressed with a controlled interference and connected to the upper part of the rack.
EFFECT: possibility of an adaptive automatic process of stabilizing the position of a structure on a subsidence base during its operation.
