FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to level a building, a structure includes their research, building preparation, including manufacturing and installation of wales, jack niches and installation of a jack system, comprising flat jacks and a pump station, and also an internal control system comprising resistor sensors of small movements, formation of an external control system. After the installation of wales they drill wells along bearing walls or in the area of the foundation bed, where metal injectors are driven. High-frequency vibrators are fixed to the injectors installed at the side opposite to the building, structure tilt. After lifting of the building, structure with the jack system, they moisturize the subsiding soil via the installed injectors to moisture of 0.75-0.85, close to subsiding properties manifestation by soil. Then high-frequency vibrations are sent to the moist soil, then by means of the jack system starting they correct the building position.

EFFECT: increased operational reliability of a building, reduced material intensity and labour intensiveness in levelling of a structure and its foundation, increased bearing capacity of soils in the process of lifting and levelling of buildings and structures on natural foundations with jacks.
