FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to engine building. Internal combustion engine (1) with utilization of heat of exhaust gases includes blade swirler, surface of which is formed by rotation relative to axis and displacement along it of generatrix, which crosses inner diameter of channel so that trace from intersection of this generatrix with channel surface forms a helical line, executed in accordance with the Bernoulli lemniscate equation, having the flow continuous flow property. Blade vortex is installed at outlet of exhaust gases from exhaust manifold (3) of the internal combustion engine (1) and at the inlet to the introduced heat exchanger (4) with a spiral corrugated wall, thus creating a Rank effect. On the periphery of heat exchanger (4) there installed are bypass valves throttling part of hot exhaust gases into atmosphere at their high temperature in front of the turbine compressor turbine. Between heat exchanger (4) and the turbine of the turbo-compressor there is a pipe for supply of less hot exhaust gases from heat exchanger (4) to the turbine of turbo-compressor. Engine (1) is equipped with thermostat (10), guide for acceleration of oil heating heated in heat exchanger (4) cooling liquid along small circuit (11) through coil (12) of tray (13) of engine (1) and guide for maintaining optimum temperature of cooled oil liquid through coil (12) of tray (13) of engine (1), passed along large circuit (14) through radiator (15) or heating system, connected to large circuit (14).
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of energy efficiency of exhaust gases.
