Food system comprises at least one artificial male nutrient nutritional composition of at least 4 to 8 months differentiated by sex and at least one sex differentiated artificial nutritional composition for female infants at the age of 4 to 8 months, in which concentration of methionine is selected based on the established concentration of methionine in breast milk, produced for an infant of the same sex and age. Concentration of methionine in the sex-differentiated artificial nutritional composition for a male infant is higher than in a sex differentiated artificial nutritional composition for a female baby, and wherein the concentration of methionine when selecting for a male infant ranges from 12.19 to 31.2 mg per 100 g, and when selecting for a female infant - 0.5 to 12 mg per 100 g.
