FIELD: printing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 3D printing of parts from metal powder. Layer-by-layer additive build-up includes production of layers by application of powder, its alignment, compaction and laser treatment. First layer is made of a mixture of powders WC, TiC, TiNiCu and Co. Second layer is formed in three stages. At the first stage, contour of the part layer is formed with thickness equal to 0.2 of total hollow part wall thickness or 0.1 part of thickness of solid section made from mixture of WC, TiC, TiNiCu and Co powders. At the second stage, forming the middle contour of the part layer with the thickness equal to 0.2 of the total thickness of the hollow part wall or 0.1 part of the thickness of the solid cross-section of the part made from the TiNiCuMo shape memory powder. At the third stage, the inner contour of the part layer is formed with thickness equal to 0.6 of the total thickness of the wall of the hollow part or 0.8 of the thickness of the solid part made from powder 65 of the section. Formation of the third and subsequent layers of the part is performed similarly to the second layer of the part.
EFFECT: higher vibration resistance, fatigue strength and wear resistance of part, which is a layered composite.
