FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of part by additive build-up of metal powder material. Plant comprises a chamber, in which upper part a laser processing mechanism with an optical system is installed, and in lower part – foundation with located on it system of application of powder material and construction platform, made with possibility of translational movement in vertical direction and located under optical system and laser processing mechanism. System for application of powder material comprises roller and manipulator installed opposite roller on one side of construction platform with nozzle for supply of powder material and nozzle for collection of non-fused powder material, communicated via hoses with cartridge with wear-resistant metal powder material to form wear-resistant contour of part layer and with cartridge with metal powder material with shape memory effect to form inner horizontal surface of layer in part contour.
EFFECT: obtaining layers of part consisting of internal layers arranged along direction of formation of each layer of part from different powder material, as well as reduced losses of powder material due to cycling of its supply and collection.
