FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of soil cultivation devices for surface treatment of soil. Rotary soil spiker comprises battery pairs of disks, connected by means of bent spring-loaded rods to trailing frame made of square cross-section profile. On each disc there are wedge-like folded needles with oblique cut with oval surface. Discs are installed in pairs on ends of hinged yoke, oriented in direction of harrow movement, and located one in front of each other under its furrow. Articulating rockers are arranged as equilateral and can be turned through 180° to transfer teeth from "active" state to "passive" state. Bearing assemblies with dust protection are used for rotating disks. Discs with teeth themselves are riveted, cast or stamped. Discs with bent needles of spring steel arranged on them by means of two conical bearings located in hub, sealed by glands and anthers, are single-piece or pairwise installed with possibility of free rotation on axes fixed at opposite ends of balance beam. Balance beam is hingedly connected to the suspension having curvilinear shape and also pivotally connected to the bracket fixed on the gun frame. Distance from axis of front working member to rocker swing axis is less than distance from it to axis of rear working member. Each suspension spring is pressed downwards, towards the soil surface. Two support wheels with mechanisms for changing their position relative to the frame and a hitch device for connection to the tractor are also fixed to the frame by means of clamps with possibility of movement. Frame comprises one or two bars.
