FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: rotational working element comprises a disk with needles placed thereon, made of spring steel of the circular cross-section, and collars fixed at the disk. The disk is made in the form of an equilateral hexagon, and each needle has two working parts connected by a bridge. Each working part comprises a bit with a length of 50…70 mm and a rack. All the needle elements are located in the same plane. The bits of both working parts are bent relative to the racks in the same direction, the bit facing the paired working part of the needle deviating from the rack by an angle of 30°, the second bit - by an angle of 60° and is connected to the rack with a curvilinear section of a radius of 50…70 mm. The angle between the racks of the working parts of the needle is 60°, and the angles between the racks and the needle bridge are in the range of 120…140°. The distance between the bit ends of one needle is equal to 0.707D (where D is the outer diameter of the rotational working element, m), and the distance between the centres of the needle bends is 0.32D. The bridge of each needle has a curvilinear shape made in such a way that in the assembled rotational working element, the central part of the bridge contacts the hub body of the working element. Wherein there are corbels on the working element hub, the inner surface of which is at a distance of d+0.5 (where d is the needle section diameter, mm) from the flat side surfaces of the disk, and the diameter of the generatrix of the corbels is larger than the outer hub diameter by a value of 2d. The needles are placed on both disk sides in groups three pieces each, so that within each group, adjacent needles have the surfaces of the bends connecting the rods of working parts with the bridges in contact, so that the contact points of the needles in the group are on the vertices of an equilateral triangle, wherein one needle group is offset from another around the rotation axis of the rotational working element at an angle of 60°. Wherein each collar simultaneously fixes two needles, and the openings for the collars in the disk are located on a circle with a diameter of 0.38D.
EFFECT: reducing the labour intensity of a rotational working element of a tillage tool, reducing the probability of damage to cultivated plants in combination with ensuring its self-cleaning from mort mass and high technical reliability.
