FIELD: agriculture, in particular, equipment for surface cultivation of soil. SUBSTANCE: tillage tool has frame and two rows of needle-type disk batteries mounted on frame. Paired shafts of front disk batteries and shafts of rear disk batteries are joined through front and rear intermediate shafts by cardans. Plow beams are mounted via spring-loaded brackets on frame. Bars of square, round or hexagonal section is mounted in bearings of lower ends of plow beams. Spring harrows are positioned behind bar plow beams. Tillage tool bar is rotating in direction opposite that of disk batteries at rotational speed exceeding that of rear disk batteries by 10-15%. Torque is transmitted to bar from rear intermediate shaft through reducer and chain transmissions with replaceable sprockets. Adequate selection of disk battery angle, ratio of rotational speeds of front and rear disk batteries, bar and spring harrow penetration depth provide high-quality soil mellowing, weed combing, keeping of maximum amount of plant remains on soil surface, and compacting of seed bed. As a result, soil moisture accumulation and retention are facilitated, and conditions for protecting fields from wind erosion and for weed control are created. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved crop yield. 3 dwg
