Disclosed are a system comprising a computer-readable medium for realizing a method, the method comprising steps of: receiving (i) a virtual model of at least a portion of the patient's head, which is a two-dimensional or three-dimensional model of the patient's head or at least part thereof, (ii) technical data on the structure and functional capabilities of the patient interaction device and/or pressure maintenance system and (iii) use data containing information on how the patient uses a patient interaction device and/or pressure maintenance system; and generating an individual advice on improving the use of the patient interaction device and/or pressure maintenance system based on the virtual model, technical data and usage data, wherein the advice unit is configured to determine the optimum setting of the patient interaction device and/or the pressure maintenance system based on the comparison of the virtual model with the technical data, wherein the advice unit is configured to generate an individual advice based on the optimum setting and usage data.
