SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. System for evaluating wear of a patient interface device comprises a patient interface device for delivering a flow of respiratory gas to the patient's airways. Patient interface comprises a first wireless communication unit. Communication device has a second wireless communication unit configured to communicate wirelessly with the first wireless communication unit. System also comprises a wear evaluation unit for determining wear data relating to wear of the patient interface device due to decomposition of the material at least a portion of the patient interface and forming a reminder to the patient on the need for servicing and/or replacing at least parts of the patient interface. First and second wireless communication units are configured to exchange wear data. Disclosed are a patient interface device for delivering a flow of respiratory gas to the patient's airways, a method of evaluating the wear of the interface and a machine-readable medium containing a computer program for carrying out the steps of the method.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of effective and convenient evaluation of wear of conjugation device and formation of reminder to patient suffering night apnoea to avoid problems associated with decomposition of interface material.
