FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, particularly, to gas burners for preliminary mixing of combustible gases. It can be used for gas heat generators of systems of centralized and decentralized heating and preparation of hot water, industrial plants and in individual construction. Gas modulation burner of complete preliminary mixing consists of a cylindrical body perforated with holes for passage of combustible gas-air mixture and made of heat-resistant sheet material, with a plug on one side and a flange on the other side. Cylindrical burner housing is divided by internal gas-tight partitions forming combustion zones, each partition has a union for connection of a separate channel for supply of combustible gas-air mixture coming from a distributing device located in front of the burner in a common supply channel of a completely prepared combustible gas-air mixture, which is equipped with drives for opening and closing separately each channel for supplying combustible gas-air mixture.
EFFECT: invention enables to ensure stable operation in a wide range of variation from 3-5 % to 100 % of the heat power of the heat generating device, providing the highest efficiency during operation of heating and hot water supply systems and other technological processes due to the possibility of maximum compliance of the produced heat power with the value of the required heat power of the objects under consideration.
