FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to heat engineering, to arrangement of gas burners for preliminary mixing of combustible gases. Gas modulation burner of complete preliminary mixing contains cylindrical housings – outer and inner in the form of coaxial pipes, forming between each other tube space, which is divided by radial gas-tight partitions, wherein the outer housing is perforated, and the inner housing is perforated, in the inner housing on the central axis there is a piston with tight seals along its outer surface for contact with the inner surface of the inner housing, piston is made with possibility of longitudinal movement by means of linear movement mechanism. Distance between the radial gas-tight partitions of the annular space is 0.1–2 of the difference in radii of the coaxial pipes. Width of tight seals of the movable piston is greater than the distance between adjacent radial gas-tight partitions of the annular space.
EFFECT: invention enables the gas premixing burner to operate in a wide range of variation of the heat output of the heat generating device.
