FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport equipment, particularly, to devices and methods of engine control. Disclosed are methods and systems of engine operation, which contains throttle with electric control. In one example, mitigation actions are taken in response to a throttle with electrical control in such a way that the engine can be operated to allow the driver to reach the service point.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of vehicle controllability and provision of higher operating range of engine in conditions of throttle malfunction, as well as additional softening actions reacting to fault of electric compressor and throttle.
