FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a device for fixing and dissecting biological tissues for making and implanting a combined keratoprosthesis. Device for fixing and dissecting biological tissues for making and implanting a combined keratoprosthesis includes two detachably conjugated parts – lower support and upper removable parts, made of rigid transparent polymers, fixed by vacuum to eyeball tissues by means of channels located in them open from sides directed to eyeball and connected by other ends to vacuum generation system. Device comprises simultaneously in structure flat blade and round trephine. Lower support part is detachable and consists of two identical vertically mirror-separated halves, provided at ends with permanent magnets of corresponding polarity, and having behind the total circular shape with a spherical lower surface facing the eye, which is fixedly fixed by a vacuum to the conjunctiva around the limb, and in front of the total square shape with a flat surface, equipped with perpendicular parallel beads inclined to each other, serving to move parallel the blade limb with cutting off the cornea flap and holding the blade above the formed corneal opening to seal the anterior chamber of the eyeball. Blade is made in the form of flat plate with guillotine or lance-like cutting edge and polymer holder on opposite edge. In the center, the lower support part comprises a coaxial hole with diameter of 8 to 12 mm, which is selected according to the required size of the cut-off corneal flap, along perimeter is equipped with four perpendicular recesses on two on each half, serving for connection with congruent pins, made with detachable movable through corresponding channels upper detachable part, which is fixed by a vacuum to the corneal canopy for retaining the cut-off flap, and is provided centrally perpendicular to the coaxially mounted round threaded trephine with a cutting edge of the outer diameter of 5–6 mm on the lower end face and a hand ring on the upper end, by which, through rotation, a through window is cut in the dissected flap of the cornea optical keratoprosthesis bolt. Device is completely disposable.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables facilitation, acceleration and reduction of traumatism of the keratoprosthesis operation.
