SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used to increase the effectiveness of surgical management of advanced cancers of oral and stomatopharynx using orostoma. Tumor is removed. Quadrangular skin flap of width 22.0 mm, height 18.0 mm is formed with a base on a line of the incision spent at cervical lymphadenectomy and a medial edge coinciding with a projection of a vertical line from an angle of mouth downwards to an edge of the lower jaw. Flap is removed from the subcutaneous fat layer. Flap is incised in the center vertically downwards to its base, and the incised skin edges are folded together by the skin surfaces together and subcutaneously sutured with skin within 2.5 mm from the dissected edges. In the oral cavity on the side of the lesion, laterally from the tongue frenulum by 1.0 cm, from the lower inner edge of the lower jaw to neck by 1.5 cm, a through horizontal incision of 18.0 mm is performed. Free end of the created skin flap is inserted into the created hole, the edges of which are fixed with sutures to the soft tissues of the bottom of the oral cavity, and the upper edge of the created hole presented by the mucous membrane, muscles and skin is sutured to form an orostoma.

EFFECT: method reduces the risk of suppuration.
