SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to developing and using a new pharmaceutical agent for optimizing the clinical course of reparative regeneration in skin burns. Disclosed is the use of peptide Thr-Gly-Glu-Asn-His-Arg-NH2 as a regulatory, protecting, normalizing and anti-inflammatory agent for treating burn skin lesions. Disclosed is a new composition of an anti-burn agent containing an active substance in the form of said regulatory peptide 0.1–100 mg/l, hydrogel based on Carbopol ETD 2020 4.5 g/l, and distilled water – the rest.

EFFECT: composition is highly effective in low doses of peptide Thr-Gly-Glu-Asn-His-Arg-NH2, convenient and easy to use.
