FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Method of training absolute accommodation includes a load on accommodative muscles of eyes and relaxation of accommodation. Load on accommodative eye muscles is performed monocularly with an eye up to emmetropy, with optotypes at distance of 5 meters with 14 negative lenses by an exponential increasing force for children from 5 to 10 years of age: -2.5D, -4.2D, -5.34D, -6.34D, -7.16D, -7.66D, -8.2D, -8.66D, -9.0D, -9.34D, -9.5D, -9.66D, -9.84D, -10.0D; from 10 to 30 years of age: -3.75D, -6.25D, -8.0D, -9.5D, -10.75D, -11.5D, -12.25D, -13.0D, - 13.5D, -14.0D, -14.25D, -14.5D, -14.75D, -15.0D, and for 40-year-olds and older: -1.25D, -2.1D, -2.67D, -3.17D, -3.58D, -3.83D, -4.1D, -4.33D, -4.5D, -4.67D, -4.75D, -4.83D, -4.95D, -5.0D. Each lens is exposed for 3-5 s, and if it is impossible to read the text through any lens, if exposed for more than 5 s, pass to relaxation of accommodative muscles with weak lenses, holding each lens in front of eye for 1–2 s, ending with training with a lens + 1.0D. Training is performed for each eye separately for not more than 1 minute once and daily, with increase in the glass force on the following day. Device for training of absolute accommodation of eye contains negative and positive lenses. Device consists of five hinged plastic plates, arranged on each, according to exponential law of force increase, three lenses of different diopters, which are made monolithically from optical polycarbonate by thermolysis with a plate. At that, for training of absolute accommodation the device has three versions of set with different values of force of lenses.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions enables eliminating spasm of eye accommodation.
