MEANS OF RESEARCH OF ACCOMMODATION OF EYE Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B3/09

Abstract RU 2336802 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to medicine and intended for research of accommodation of eye. Correction of ametropia and stimulation of accommodation of eye is carried out by means of test object examination through negative lens and/or presentation of the test object at different distances. Control of clearness of the test object perception takes place. Meanwhile test objects are presented for one eye, measurement of accommodation is carried out on another eye by means of measurement of its dynamic refraction. The test object is presented through a prism with strength not less than 10 dieter, placed the way so that its bottom were at the temple. To research accommodation a device, containing autorefractometre, which switches on optical and ophthalmological systems, is used. These systems are placed in the case, which consists of a bottom, a board with eyeglass for the patient, two sidewalls and a foreside. The device contains a platform, against which the lateral wall of the case leans so that not investigated eye remained not covered. The platform is made in the form of three holders connected with each other by means of swing joints, thus two holders are made with possibility of turn about the axis for 360°, the third holder carries out the function of a holding one in which the handle of the autorefractometre is fixed. Offered invention allows providing the possibility of research of conjugate accommodation.

EFFECT: provision of possibility of conjugate accommodation research.
