FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to radio engineering and can be used in multi-position radio systems for determining coordinates of preset sources of radio emission (RES) with code and time division of channels. Technical result in difference-range-finding method is achieved due to simultaneous memorizing in central point of reception and processing (CPRP) on the time interval Δt of RES signals received at peripheral receiving points (PRP) and CPRP, demodulation of received CPRP signals RES, searching and analyzing the preamble and the detected frame header, determining the beginning of the MAC frame and its duration, the user address, comparing the user address of the detected frame with the search target, when they match measurement of time difference of receiving relayed signals and received in CPRP at the time interval from the beginning of the preamble to the end of the MAC frame. Technical result in the device is achieved due to the introduction of new elements into the central processing station: four analogue-to-digital converters, a control unit, an analysis path, four memory units and a clock pulse generator with corresponding links.
EFFECT: determining the RES position in conditions of operation at one frequency of several RES with time or code division of channels.
